If you are paying by childcare vouchers, please check the amount due in your ParentPay account before actioning the payment. Once you have made the payment, please email the school on extendedschools@westlodge.harrow.sch.uk advising us of the following:

• Your child’s name and class
• The voucher company used
• The date of payment
• The amount paid
• Which club the payment is for, i.e. Breakfast Club, Afterschool Club or both
