West Lodge Ripple Mission

This year, we are introducing a weekly Ripple Mission to help bring our West Lodge values to life. Each week, our assembly theme will link to our half-term value and an overarching Big Question. For Autumn 1, our value is Be United and our Big Question is:

How do we build a community where everyone belongs?

Our first Ripple Mission was Welcome someone. My own challenge was to find as many of our new children as possible, say hello and check in with them to see how they were settling into West Lodge. It was lovely to hear how they were getting on and to see new friendships already beginning to form.
