I am delighted to serve as a governor at West Lodge and to support the school community as both a parent and a professional.

With a degree in Psychology and Criminology and a Master’s in Human Resource Management, I am passionate about understanding people, supporting growth, and helping young people reach their potential.

I have spent much of my career developing junior talent programmes, leading business operations in cyber security, and more recently, managing international cyber awareness programmes. This has given me valuable experience in creating training programmes, managing risk, raising awareness about online safety, protecting data, improving digital behaviours, and fostering a strong culture of security.

I am particularly committed to Diversity and Inclusion and believe strongly in the value of celebrating differences. At work, I co-lead the UK Opportunity and Inclusion Council, chair the Culture and Conduct Risk Taskforce, and volunteer to support young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.

I am proud to bring my skills, experience, and passion to West Lodge, working with the leadership team to create an inclusive, supportive environment where every child can thrive.
