If the Headteacher decides, in the light of local circumstances, to close the school due to adverse weather - then the following procedures apply:
1. The school will put information about the closure on the website as soon as a decision has been made.
2. The news will also be put on Twitter. The twitter feed can be found at - twitter.com/westlodgeschool
3. The school will also send out a text to all families who subscribe to the ParentMail service.
4. You can also check the school status by logging on to the OpenCheck website at https://opencheck.atomwide.com/default.aspx and selecting West Lodge Primary School from the drop down menu.
