Lettings

Did you know you can hire our School Halls and Classrooms?

 

West Lodge Primary School is able to offer evening lettings Monday-Friday and weekend lettings all year round.

 

We have:

 

  • 2 halls with stage and lighting, accommodating up to 400 people on seating
  • 21 Classrooms, accommodating up to 30 people
  • Sports field
  • Car parking
  • Availability all year round

 

We ask that you show consideration when using our site to our local neighbours as we live in a residential area.

 
Please look through our Hirer's pack attached and contact Claire Larkman, our School Business Manager or Sumita Dasgupta, our Finance Officer for more information.

 

Email her with the following details:

 

  • Date of hire
  • Hours of hire (including allowing time to set up and pack up)
  • Number of people
  • Preference of room/hall hire
