I feel honoured and privileged to have been selected as a Co-Opted Governor at West Lodge Primary School. My son, has benefitted extensively from his experience at West Lodge between 2015 and 2022. I am forever grateful to the school for nurturing and supporting him not only in academics but also extra-curricular activities to enable his social and emotional well-being.

Professionally, I have over 18 years of experience in the Finance and Banking industry undertaking several roles in relation to Audit, Compliance, Risk Management and Risk Assessment. As part of my leadership role, I’m a passionate supporter of people development through coaching, talent and performance management.

Throughout our time in West Lodge, I have been a core committee member of FOWLS, supporting with Treasury, leading and organising various fund-raising events.

I am keen to contribute to the West Lodge community by committing my time, efforts and suggestions in helping the school maintain its excellent standards. I believe, we all have a duty to ensure that all young people get the best possible life chances through high quality education and associated activities. I feel fortunate to be working alongside a highly competent group of Governing Body, Leadership team and staff to use my experience and professional insight in helping the school to progress even further.
