My wife and I have lived in Pinner for 10 years, now with three wonderful children! My career in business transformation involves transforming organisations from a people, process and technology perspective; a key element is: communicating a vision and working collectively towards a common goal.
I previously co-chaired, for 2 years, the Reddiford School PTA (Parents Teachers Association), the main achievements include: raising over £20k for new school facilities and external charities; campaigning for a school crossing (road safety measures implemented); organising the first ever school ‘Cyclathon’ - promoting health and fundraising by the children; and chairing the AGM/monthly team meetings.
I’m a qualified accountant with experience in practice and industry, as well as the charity sector on a voluntary basis. I have a keen interest in the not-for-profit sector and thrive on the opportunity to contribute positively and constructively, especially where children are involved. I have a background in the arts with a strong desire to see the next generation develop creative interests and talents.
I’m a positive and approachable individual who is a team player with a willingness to learn new things and apply them, with the desire to see things through to their natural conclusion.
