I am honoured to be part of the West Lodge Governing Body. As a parent at the school, I feel privileged to be able to support the school and community.
My Psychology and Criminology degree and a Masters in Human Resource Management, reinforce my passion for human behaviour and the learning and development of young people.
The majority of my career has been in Human Resources which has afforded me the opportunity to specialise in Junior Talent. Recently, changing careers from HR to COO Business Operations. I have experience of stakeholder management, budgets, workforce strategies, recruitment, talent development and engagement, communications, leadership development and have a keen interest in cyber security.
I am passionate about Diversity and Inclusion and believe in the importance of celebrating people’s differences. At work, I am on the D&I council, social mobility taskforce and volunteer for charities such as upReach and SEO supporting young children from disadvantage backgrounds. My skills, experience and passion for the school will allow me to support the leadership team in creating an inclusive environment where young people can thrive.
