I joined the Governing body at West Lodge as a Staff Representative in 2020, having had nearly twenty years close association with the school, both as a parent and member of staff. I have lived in Pinner for many years and was fortunate enough to have West Lodge Primary School as my local school, my three children all attending here in their early years. Although I am currently only in my first year as a qualified class teacher, I have worked here since September 2005, starting out in Reception as a Learning Assistant, and I have enjoyed various roles here over the years, gaining a wealth of experience in supporting children of all ages and abilities. I have a strong interest in SEN and celebrate the inclusivity of our unique school, integrating and supporting all of our children in all aspects of school life. It is this breadth of personal experience and perspective that prompted me to join the Governing body, and I hope to be able to offer a pragmatic approach in supporting the school further in this capacity.

In my previous life (before children!) I worked as a contracts manager and later as an Office Manager and P.A. in the city, having graduated from the University of Surrey with a B.Sc. In Russian with International Relations.
